


A North Vancouver native, Lori Phillips was trained in visual arts and holds a BFA from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. With over twenty years experience in the field of Arts Administration, Lori has developed expertise in a broad range of cultural areas including: cultural policy development, administering cultural grant programs, community capacity building and advocacy. As Public Art Coordinator, her professional energy has been focused exclusively on managing, commissioning, and promoting North Vancouver’s sizable public art collection which is delivered to the community under three distinct program streams: Civic, Community and Developer Public Art.
