GRANT APPLICATION FORMS ONLINE
The 2013 Arts Office project grants are available to a wide range of non-profit arts societies, community service agencies and volunteer-run community groups, as well as other creative and/or cultural organizations that either:
(1) require one-time additional support for a special initiative;
(2) operate on a project-by-project basis; or
(3) do not currently qualify for operating grant support.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE :: Monday October 15, 2020
For projects, activities or events that take place substantially between January 1 and June 30, 2013, please ensure that all necessary application and budget materials – including attachments – are submitted by 4:00 pm on the posted submission deadline.

2013 PROJECT GRANT GUIDELINES
The 2013 Project Grant Guidelines provide comprehensive background, policy and program information to assist interested groups in the preparation and submission of a project grant application, including:

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION:: NEW 'FILLABLE' PDF FORMS
In order to mitigate the environmental impacts of printing, as well as to limit the printing costs faced by applicants, the application and budget forms have been formatted to enable electronic submission.
Unless otherwise specified, please submit your application in electronic format! The 2013 Project Grant Guidelines provide detailed information about acceptable submission formats.
The 2013 Application Forms are available for the first time in fillable pdf format. Type your information directly into the form and save the file before submitting to the Arts Office as part of your application package.
SUBMISSION CHECKLIST :: COMPLETE APPLICATIONS ONLY
Each ‘Application Form’ provides a detailed Submission Check List. Only complete applications can be accepted for consideration.
SIGNATURE PAGE :: REQUIRED IN HARD COPY
In order for applications to be authenticated, all applicants are required to submit one hard copy of the ‘Signature Page’ with original signatures. Faxed or scanned formats of this page will not be accepted.
