Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival

The Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival Society (VIMFF) presents films and multi-media presentations dealing with mountain culture and mountain activities such as skiing, mountaineering, climbing, and mountain biking in an environmentally respectful way.

The Festival aims to create a platform for the exchange of ideas between film makers, outdoor enthusiasts, athletes and the public, while at the same time encourage the most artistic and effective forms of communicating mountain-related experiences.

The VIMFF takes place in February each year and is followed by a Best of the Fest tour in late winter/early spring.
