Black Bear Band rehearses and performs a variety of concert band pieces spanning genres from classical to contemporary, and typically performs 8-10 times publically per year.
Based in North Vancouver, the Black Bear Band was formed in September 2004. Currently under the musical and artistic direction of Maestro Rob McLeod, the band is a community musical society and is open to all adults who play any wind or percussion instrument.
We meet on Monday nights from 7:30-9:30pm, September through June.
