With over twenty years of experience in the field of Arts Administration, Lori has expertise in a broad range of cultural areas including: cultural policy development, administering cultural grant programs, community capacity building and cultural advocacy. As Public Art Officer, her professional energy has been focused exclusively on managing, commissioning, and promoting North Vancouver’s sizable public art collection which is delivered to the community under three distinct program streams: Civic, Community and Developer Public Art. Lori is a founding member of the BC Public Art Network, established to facilitate dialogue and information sharing among public art administrators and she has been a lecturer/presenter at Creative City Network Summits, Americans for the Arts Conferences and educational institutions.

With the belief that artists inject creativity, vibrancy and diversity into our communities she also serves as President for the Fund for the Arts on the North Shore, an organization that provides grants to individual artists at the local level and honours established artists for outstanding career achievements.
