The 6th annual Culture Days happens September 25, 26, 27, 2015. North Vancouver arts, culture and heritage groups interested in presenting an event can find information and opportunities right here.

COMMUNITY HUBS OF ACTIVITY

In response to feedback about making Culture Days opportunities easier for the public to access, we will focus 2015 activities into five Community Hubs in popular gathering places located throughout the City and District. Think of it as 'one stop shopping' where the public can easily experience a variety of hands-on and participatory activities in each hub. If you have a Culture Days activity and you’re outside one of the hubs, consider partnering with another group within a hub. Here are the Creative Hubs and examples of places/spaces within each hub.

Deep Cove + Parkgate: Seymour Art Gallery, Deep Cove Heritage, Parkgate Community Centre, Parkgate Library, Ron Andrews Community Centre

Lynn Valley Village: LV Library, LV Village Square, NV Museum & Archives, Karen Magnussen Community Centre

Centennial Theatre: theatre obby, stage, rehearsal room; Harry Jerome Community Centre; Silver Harbour Seniors Centre

Lonsdale Cultural Corridor: JBCC, CityScape, NV Civic Plaza, NV City Library, Gordon Smith Gallery.

Shipbuilders' Square + Lonsdale Quay: Pipe Shop in Shipbuilders' Square, Lonsdale Quay Market
